New England Air Museum Trip - November 9-11, 2012

Trrop 17 ventured to Connecticut for their November trip to visit the New England Air Museum in Hartford, CT.  We had an adventurous night of camping at the Mark Greer Reservation in Basrah, CT by having to set up camp twice!  We first made camp in the reservation's fort, but after a very short stay, moved onto our final campground by the lake at Keihtan Indian Village.  After a quick breakfast, we piled in the vehicles for the hour's drive to the New England Air Museum, where the Scouts enjoyed the old airplanes (including a B-29), exhibits (the Wright Brothers' oldest engine), and they even go tto enjoy some flight simulator time.
