Our troop has kicked off an excellent fundraiser that can help you with your holiday gift giving -- the Great Lakes Scrip Card program. This amazingly successful fundraising program turns everyday shopping into cash for our Troop when families use retail gift cards to pay for everyday purchases (like gas and groceries) instead of the usual credit/debit card or other money. Dozens of retailers are included,
Gift cards are purchased at face value. The Troop receives the discount which could be from 1% to 16% depending on the participating retailer.
The deadline for returning orders will be Monday, November 17th. At that time we will collect all order with their payments. Payments will be made to Troop 17 and each order will have a $1.00 shipping fee.
Last year this program was quite successful, please consider supporting the troop this year.
