Permission slips for the May 29-31 campout at Acadia National Park are due at tonight’s troop meeting. There are a lot of logistics associated with this trip and we’ll need to have an accurate count.
Cost is $75 per person, which covers transportation, campground and other expenses.

Acadia National Park Trip – Fri., May 29th - Sun., May 31st – The troop is setting off to the Northeast's only National Park! We will be motoring to Bar Harbor, Maine, and will be staying at a campsite on the ocean. There will be plenty of hiking and a chance to view the earliest dawn in the nation, atop Cadillac Mountain. We will round out the trip with a cruise around Bar Harbor where we might see nesting bald eagles! Permission slip is due this coming Monday, May 4th. Cost will be $75 per person and attendees will be limited to capacity of transportation vehicle. Parents are welcome to attend, with preference given to scouts.
